The Afflictions of a Sad Boy is the story of Pretha, a young adult who has given himself three days to journal his life before he commits suicide. He's struggling to come to terms with the past, his relationship with his ex-girlfriend and his family whilst grieving the sudden loss of a close friend. He introduces the reader to three characters and a world that he created to explain his sadness. He reminisces and meets people that have shaped his journey and all inform his final decision.
